Cancellation Policy
At PRELLA Nail + Beauty Bar, we value the time of both our clients and our service providers. To ensure availability for all guests, the following policy applies:
Cancellations
* Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total.
No-Shows
* Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Rebooking After a Late Cancellation
* Clients who cancel within 48 hours of their appointment and wish to reschedule will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure a new appointment.
* The deposit will be applied toward the future service total.
* Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
